Great communications! We had all kinds trouble parking at airport and they were willing to meet us! Thank you.

No Bueno. We were notified two hours before our flight was arriving at the three row full-size SUV was unavailable. A family of five we began to scramble. vendor says sorry we can cancel or bring this Chevy equinox with the paint peeling off and dents down the side smelling like weed FOR THE SAME PRICE! Two hours before arrival 😆. I was told we could get the original car we rented 2days later, but that day comes and goes. Ghosted me. Attended a black tie event in a Hooptie 🤦
I said I’m OK with this one for some rate relief, but was told they didn’t have the margins padded into their business plan to do that. This crowd is asleep at the wheel. Do your best to avoid them. My first negative experience with Turo and a lesson learned. What hurt our feelings the most was they acted like they were doing us a favor lol.
We will be going with individuals from now on, avoid the fleet types.
So much for customer service. I will try to use this experience to improve my own business practices as I go back to work this week at my own company.
