Amazing host, had to do a last minute upgrade because the original vehicle wasn’t available. Very accommodating and communicative. Would highly recommend!

No satellite radio. Picked up after 11:00 but had to return by 10:00 or pay a huge fee.

Michael arrived 1.5 hours late for pickup & demanded to return vehicle 3 hours late at no charge. Confused by the request, I explained twice that Turo will autocharge for late fees if trip was not extended, as I could not waive late fees nor disrupt next guest’s reservation. He then became irate and threatened to leave bad review; also claimed to be ‘a victim’. Shocking & disappointing interaction, but thank you for returning the car super clean for next guest, Mike. Much appreciated.
