We cancelled due to a combination of the guest's suspicious behavior, multiple prior low ratings & details on their overall few trips, and a last minute reservation followed by a change request for an even earlier pick-up time that could not be accommodated. The risk far outweighed the potential reward in this case. We don't arbitrarily cancel bookings. We're an All-Star host and this is the first cancelation in our 8+ year hosting history.
Love the car very comfortable smooth ride nice and clean host was great with communication and assistance has i needed it responded right away I will definitely be renting from them again.
