Car was in pretty rough shape. Brakes had a warning when I first got in. Didn’t think much of it until a day or two into the rental, they started feeling worse. Pretty sure the rotors when warped or the pads are completely shot. Car wasn’t clean when I got it either. It’s tan leather so all of the stains were pretty obvious. The vehicle had a pretty strong smell, not quite cigarette smell, but something else that wasn’t nice.

Quality of the car definitely could’ve been better but the communication was good.
