We did have to wait about 30minutes at the airport for the vehicle to arrive, but was very clean when we finally obtained it. The fuel tank had 200 miles until empty (obviously not refilled) but we were told to just return it at the same fuel level as it had when we picked the vehicle up. No instructions for pick-up or delivery back to the airport which was unusual, but the car provided us the transportation we needed during our trip.
