Lovely vehicle. Comfortable for our group of 5..The deodorizer was way too strong. It would be helpful if the parking aisle # was given to help locate it at the airport and providing directions for opening fuel door.

The car was clean, in great condition, and pickup/drop-off was easy.
My biggest issue was that the license plate was changed the day before my trip without me realizing it. Since we were backpacking in Wyoming, we had provided the original plate number to our shuttle service weeks in advance. Because they were looking for the wrong license plate and we had no cell service, we ended up stranded for over 5 hours.
I was also disappointed that I couldn’t return the car just two hours later on my last day without being charged an extra $130 for another rental day, even though the daily rate was $99. Many Turo hosts are flexible with a short extension without charging when the vehicle isn’t booked that day.

I also asked you in my welcome message to “Please make sure you double-check the plate numbers.” Regarding the extension, you want to extend you trip from 10am until 3pm, Turo provides a 30-minute grace period, and any additional charges are determined by Turo’s policies, not by me.
