Aggravating. More than 20 missed calls from him. Trying to charge me outside of the app. Wanted me to cancel as soon as I booked. This was my first time using the app. So many texts as well. I got in trouble for texting at work because of him. And I did nothing wrong besides book HIS car

We were a little bit hesitant at first to rent again through Turo because our first experience with Turo was pretty poor. However, our experience with Huseyin changed our opinion on Turo. The car itself was in great shape and very clean. Bonus points on the sunroof which we really enjoyed during our time at the Grand Tetons and Yellowstone. The only constructive feedback on the car that we had was for the paper mat protectors. I fully understand the intent to protect the rubber mat underneath. However, it degraded pretty quickly and got in the crevices of the harder rubber floor mats underneath which were difficult to clean prior to drop off. Would recommend either removing the paper mat protector or getting one with different material. Other than that, the rental was perfect. Great car. Easy pick up and drop off at Jackson Hole Airport. The host communicated very well. My wife left her wallet in the glove box and Huseyin shipped it back to us very quickly, which we really appreciate. This rental renewed my trust in Turo, and I hope to rent from Huseyin again. Strongly recommend him.
