Aggravating. More than 20 missed calls from him. Trying to charge me outside of the app. Wanted me to cancel as soon as I booked. This was my first time using the app. So many texts as well. I got in trouble for texting at work because of him. And I did nothing wrong besides book HIS car

Hi Daryl, I’m sorry you were disappointed with your experience. The communication was only to coordinate logistics after I had difficultly reaching you regarding delivery. Due to your preferred location and timing, I discussed alternative options- including cancelation if the reservation no longer worked/ if I could not reach you-but the decision was always yours. My goal was to ensure you received the vehicle as smoothly as possible. Appreciate the feedback to improve my experience for future!
