Never used Turo. Getting the car was easy. The car was in very good condition. I always treat things like they are my own. So all went well. Communication was excellent and returning was easy.

Return process was a little difficult.
Never located the secured lockbox. I also asked airport personnel also.
Parked car in overflow parking (P-27). Locked car and left the key in the gas cap area where it was when I picked the car up on 07/22.
Other than that, it was a good experience.
