Car still had that new smell :) and kept clean inside and out. Vehicle was in great shape, ride was comfortable. Easy transaction, pick up / drop off went smooth. First time customer here and they answered all my questions. Thank you Auto Spot Jackson hole!! You saved my trip, as our original booking from else where got canceled the day before we flew in. I had no available options till I found out about Turo. Lucky I found a back up rental for a day to get around while flying Into Jackson hole. A
I even washed the car for them before I dropped it back off because they saved my weekend.

Arranged for pick up at 3:30 due to our flight landing at 3. After no communication about being late, i reached out to the host around 3:50 and was told they would be there in “about 45min” then there was no communication until I reached out at 4:50 asking for an update.
They offered an “extra hour” on to our trip. Which is nonsense considering THEY were 1.5 hours late. (With no communication unless I reached out) they then offered compensation but overall it was a headache.
After finally getting the truck around 5pm, it was clean and in perfect condition.
We had no further issues or complaints except drop-off. Other than that, great car.
