Rented a silver taureg, got a blue taos. It mattered to me. It was not cleaned from prior trip

Not the vehicle we rented had to be substituted

The car was in decent shape, a little dirty on the inside but nothing horrendous. The car drove well, however I ordered this car for the seating capacity of 7 and the seats were removed but the cost of the car was still the same. Also the owner switched the car at the literal last minute which seemed very suspicious given the timing. I wouldn't use the same provider again but I love the app and the idea of turo it was great and it was easy.
