Our original vehicle was not available. The substitute with dame vehicle but a year older. Communication at first could have been better but host made everything as smooth as possible considering the previous vehicle wasn't returned in time for my trip. Overall good trip. Clean vehicle. Drove nicely

The original vehicle you booked was not returned by previous guests so we had to swap you in another vehicle for no additional charge as there was less inventory in the market and all the cars were going for great prices,rather than canceling your reservation last minute we made sure you were taken care. As family owned business we always try to do the right thing. Thank you for your business.
