Below is my attempt to take the high road. I received multiple calls trying to justify how they operate and that I was wrong. So I am leaving this review.
Now. I refuse to give a review. If you asked me to do so it would not be a good one.
First, I had to wait 20 minutes to get a car I scheduled to be ready at 10am. I left the garage at 10:29.
Secondly, you played a parking ticket swap. Clearly you own multiple cars and I paid for someone else’s over night parking. I know this because I watched your team park the car. Also, the license plate is on the tickets. They read and print it on the ticket and the receipt.
In addition, the car had rings in the cup holder and a warning lights on on the dash. These are things I don’t have to deal with when I rent a car from Hertz or other Turo members.
Lastly, your team parked the car as far from the elevator as possible. The last thing anyone wants to do is walk to the furthest point in the garage with their luggage. You always should try to park as close as you can to an elevator bank. There was more than enough room. I know Love field has rules and I use Turo at this airport. So yes you can park where I left you car.
I give you this as free advice. If you argue with me or justify your position I will happily log back in a leave a public review.
