I enjoyed the car for my trip but a few things here hence why the 3 stars. First, my car was cancelled and changed for another 2 times since I first booked with the last change happening as soon as I landed and about 1 hour before my rental start time. Second, the final car I was given was a 5 seater when I originally booked and had on schedule to receive a 6-7 seater which I needed but because of their cancellations and changes, had to make major changes to my trip due to this inconvenience. Third, I wanted to just cancel and receive a full refund since this was all responsibility of them and that wasn’t offered. It was either get a 5 seater or just cancel and receive refund only for deposit, not the rental price as well. This was very disappointing but I had to make the trip work as I had landed already. Surprised since this seems to be a huge operation with plenty of cars but I was fooled.
