We had to adjust our trip because the host did not include the second car seat as ordered. When pressed about the missing car seat they did not reply for over 24 hours. Then they said we had to pick up the car seat from their location, which was oddly a supermarket parking lot. Upon waiting for over 30 minutes I was messaged in the app there was no available car seat and nobody could help me. I returned the car on time, and the host and app did not advance the app so I could check out resulting in late fees. Terrible experience, would not recommend this vehicle or host.

The charge for the unavailable car seat was fully refunded, and our car seat fulfillment process has been updated to help prevent this from happening again. No late fees were assessed for this trip, and we appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention.
