Car was great. Easy to get to Turo lot but getting in and out of that lot was not clear. Recommend Turo include the reservation number in check in/out directions because I needed that to get out and in the lot

Glad the car was great and getting to the Turo lot was easy! We appreciate the feedback about entering and exiting the lot. Since the reservation number is needed during that process, clearer check-in and return guidance would definitely help make things smoother for upcoming renters.

Car was great, no problems or issues. The Turo overflow lot is not easy to get into or out of. This should be an extremely easy fix. The gate comes up and goes down. Shouldn’t take 15 minutes each time to figure out why you can’t get out or in. In the end we still don’t know the way to get out or in, just stuck.
