Great host quick and reliable

Paid for a infant car seat ahead of time, arrived and no car seat, then after waiting for almost 2 hours in 100 degree weather in the parking lot because we could not leave without a car seat, they told me there was no more car seats left?? Even though I paid for one ahead of time. So now we were stuck with no way to leave the parking lot. I had to leave my son and husband at the parking lot and go to Walmart 15mins away and purchase a brand new car seat just for our trip. So frustrating. Also, we receive the car and one of the seats looked like someone vomited and the never cleaned it up. They gave it to us filthy. We had no choice but to try and wipe up what we could and go on with our trip because we had to be someone quickly. Especially after the 2hr delay. So disappointing, won’t be renting from these guys again. All they did was refund me the car seat and give me a $26 refund. Disappointed

I had to make a quick last-minute trip to Dallas Fort Worth and needed to rent a car. The 4Runner that I rented was an amazing shape, easy to find and the host provided plenty of instructions! Will definitely be renting from this host again!!
