It would be great if you would’ve said that the car was in the south lot instead of just saying it was in the remote lot. We wasted over an hour and missed our first event.

The pickup instructions, including that the vehicle is located in the South Remote Lot, are sent upon booking so guests have the information needed to plan their arrival.
