Short trip but worth the price. Very nice car and like new. Drove great and was in great condition. Clean car and was ready. Parking was easy to find. First time using Turo lots and loved it! Vs having to have the car in a parking garage and hunting down rows and cars. Simple easy and great communication. Second car I’ve rented from them. My favorite thing is they have nice and like new or brand new cars. It’s like riding in style. Thank you!

The car was great clean and nice. The hosp was up to date with communication It was my forst time usi ng Turo and it felt stress free. From picking the car and dropping the car all went well.

The car was fine, the air freshener was way too much, there should be a warning for people sensitive to fragrance. It was better after I removed them. The check in/out process takes a really long time (make sure you have an extra hour on both ends) and the name of the parking lot was not on the instructions. Take the bus to REMOTE SOUTH, no one knows what the turo parking lot is. Glad I asked so I got on the correct bus. The person manning the phones for entrance and exit didn’t answer for a long time, there was a line of 8 angry vehicles behind me who were threatening me for making them miss their flights. I felt really bad, there was a turo return waiting in both lanes and completely blocking the entrance to remote south. Overall a fine experience, I was grateful to have a last minute car to get to my mom’s bedside before she passed.

Car was returned with 5 mores miles until empty than when it was picked up and they invoiced me for gas. Even after sending the pick up and drop off pics the host was unhelpful and acted as if they couldn’t see what was clearly in the photos. U want it back full but it wasn’t full when I picked it up.
