My old car reached the end of its life and needed a ride for work while I shop for a new one. The host was very friendly and easy to work with. The instructions were provided several hours before my trip started. It was easy to find and locate the key. The car was very clean and still had the new car smell as it is a very new car. It was great on fuel during my time. I enjoyed it so much I bought one. Thank you Eva and JJC for a great experience!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing First Turo Experience!
This was my first time ever using Turo, and this host truly made it such a great experience!
I actually had two other Turo hosts cancel on me right before my flight landed in Dallas, and I was traveling from California so my anxiety was HIGH. 😭 I ended up booking this car while I was literally mid-flight (yes, in the air!) and still needed to upload my driver’s license.
I was so nervous that by the time I landed, the car wouldn’t be available anymore… but NOPE! The host waited, and that honestly meant so much to me. It instantly brought my stress level all the way down.
The car itself was clean, easy to drive, and great on gas (even though I didn’t have to drive much). Returning it was a little confusing trying to find the overflow area (iPhone girl here no Google Maps lol 😅), but I figured it out!
Overall, I truly appreciate the host’s patience, communication, and professionalism during my work trip. I would absolutely book with them again!
