The car I ordered was stolen from the turo lot. But the owner was very quick to respond and had a brand new replacement within 10 minutes. I would not hesitate to work with this owner again. My preference for the Volkswagon I ordered was a slight inconvenience when switched with a Nissan since I'm not familiar with their setup. But it got me comfortably where I needed to go. The turo lot at DFW was easy to find and the shuttle got me quickly to my gate.
