Loki is an amazing host. I received more than five star service with this rental. I had to take this trip quickly and Loki helped me from the time my plane landed until the following morning when I dropped the car off at the airport. The pick up location was easy but I ended up having to leave quite early in the morning and Loki walked me through making changes to drop the car off at the airport versus the original drop off. As someone new to Turo, Loki made it a great experience all around. I can praise enough how well this trip went for me with the help of host Loki!!! Thank you again Loki for the extremely great rental experience!!

Loki was beyond amazing! Very thorough and communicative. It was my first time and he was so helpful. The car was everything we needed, clean and had an emergency with a dead phone and he had a car port to charge! Saved my life!! Thank you Loki

Great rental clean and vehicle maintenance kept.

Car and host are fine. Turo is unwieldily. And pressure to buy insurance is irritating. And other seemingly in-your-face add-ons.
