Clean car but other than that was not a great experience. Requested DFW airport pickup and that’s the way it rented. When I got the instructions I was told to call Quality Inn Van hotel will pick me up, this is not on the airport. From the time I called the van till the time I got the car was almost an hr. Also you will be charged an airport fee and delivery fee but you don’t get either and no refund for these services that were not provided. Good communication with host and car was clean and full of gas. Didn’t like the experience since I requested DFW airport pickup and it’s off site.

Besides for the car being clean the accessibility getting to the car when I requested an airport delivery was a nightmare. They shuttle you in with a hotel bus where the car is located outside of the airport. So if you are looking to rent this car just be under the impression that there is no airport delivery even though you will be charged for the delivery fee of $25 on top of the airport fee of $15.50. I did request getting my $25 back because the car was not delivered to where I booked it but they told me that I could not unfortunately get my $15.50 back because that went directly to the airport even though this company did not even use the airport which was frustrating to me. Great car if you are looking for something clean and new but horrible experience with pick up and delivery wait times and directions and contact.
