The car's brakes were grinding and pretty bad by the end of the trip and the brakes need to be replaced
Thank you for your feedback we are definitely replacing them. Keep in mind that you drove 1700 miles and at the beginning of your trip the brakes were not grinding yet however all brakes will be replaced asap.

Car was in great shape and ran wonderfully. Pickup and drop-off was simple and straight forward. Jesus and Sylvestre were great to communicate with and made renting a vehicle as easy as it gets.
