The car was good for the cheaper price but I feel I need to mention the process of getting the car was very difficult. Taking a bus to a remote parking lot was really annoying. I even tried to upgrade to the terminal option for $50 but wasn’t able to.
Your feedback is greatly appreciated. Unfortunately we do not have control over shuttles and the lot location as that is operated by Turo and Dfw. The upgrade is thru our vendor and because of short staff on that day they were not accepting new drop offs at the terminal. Thats why we are suggesting all of our guests to book the upgrade as soon as possible as that eliminates all the hassle of waiting and getting on the shuttle with the bags. Thank you for your business.

A 200-mile daily limit is quite restrictive in the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex. A simple round trip across the metro area can easily approach 100 miles without making additional stops, so it doesn’t leave much room for normal travel during a rental period.
Increasing the mileage allotment would significantly improve the overall guest experience and make the service more practical for people traveling within the metroplex.
