So awesome that the car got to be part of such a special 16th birthday! Happy everything went smoothly and helped make the celebration even more memorable.
Jeep was great, clean, and easy pick up. Only issue was the drop off. Could not get gate to open in the remote south lot. Waited 35 minutes with no response from the Turo help button. After calling the Turo I had to leave the car outside the lot in an employee parking lot so I didn’t miss my flight. I used Turo before at DFW but the car was in the Turo lot by the rental cars. It is. Breeze there, Turo needs to address the issue I had at the remote south lot this morning. There 5 other Turo cars having the same issue I had. Gate would not open to return and no help from the call button.

Happy the Jeep was clean, drove great, and pickup was easy. Sorry the Remote South gate caused such a stressful return, especially with a flight to catch. The airport lot gate and help system are outside our control, but we’ll keep our return instructions clear and provide support when access issues come up.
