Everything was amazing. I think the only thing was it wasn’t specified that it wasn’t the overflow south parking lot, but all the other instructions were very great.

Great to hear everything else went so well! The correct lot is included in our pickup instructions. Our team is always available to help clarify directions so guests can find their cars without any hassle!
Car was decent to get around Dallas for a few days. Host/co-host was proactive with instructions and helpful information. Two inconvenient things though: 1) The DFW airport is huge so it’s no fault of the host that it took so long to wait for the shuttle to get to the Turo lot plus the ride to get there, that’s just how it is. 2) We had to hit the “Turo Help” button and provide our reservation number to get out of the Turo lot and to get back in for drop off. Again, no fault of the host, but still inconvenient.
