Car was great. Communication with the host was an absolute nightmare. It was so unfortunate because it seems most people rate the host highly. Our trip didn’t get started until an hour after the scheduled time due to zero communication from the host and I had to keep changing my plans because I could not get answers regarding pick up or drop off after multiple messages over a period of many days. When I pointed out my frustration over the difficult communication, the host never acknowledged it and continued to ignore information I had provided multiple times.
Joshua thank you for your feedback. I totally disagree with your feedback. We delivered the car at your request location at last minute as you did not confirmed it. Also we accommodated your request dropping it off at the other location. We understand traveling with the family is challenging and we try our level best providing every guest with outstanding service but at times it’s challenging as we are a family owned and operated business. Looking forward to delivering great customer experience.
