Syed was great! Instructions were clear. Pickup and drop off was a breeze! The car was clean and drove very smoothly! Great on gas!

The car was great although the windshield has a crack and one of the taillights are damaged before we picked up
The car which really should be fixed before it is rented out again. The engine light was on the whole time which means it should be serviced before renting again also to prevent the car from working correctly. Thank you

The car was very nice! Much less trunk space then the picture make it appear virtually none unless the back seat is folded down whichade it not as convenient with 5 people and luggage. Drives really nice the seats for us we're extremely uncomfortable for some reason we had a 2 1/2 hr drive from the airport and it was uncomfortable. The host was nice and friendly communication could of been better it was great until an issue came up and then there was absolutely no communication for days it would show the messages were read but they would not respond. Overall I would probably rent a different vehicle (as it just didn't fit our needs as we thought it would) through this host again if we go back.
