Read the fine print tolls not included changed the vehicle last minute. Won’t use again

We changed the vehicle last minute as the last guest did not return the car you booked. You had a choice to decline the offer for the swap but you choose as there was shortage of inventory in the market. We could have easily cancelled the booking as it was not our fault but we went ahead made sure not to inconvenience you that’s going extra mile while, we could have gotten more money from other booking. we did not charged you extra. If you use tolls you pay for it. Thank you for your business.
Syed was on time and very helpful! Picking up at the airport was easy and smooth from parking garage C at Dallas-Love.
This Santa Fe is a very nice vehicle! We had a couple small issues with the car, but it did not effect our trip or experience. Syed was responsive and understanding. Great for 4 people and luggage!

It’s a new car. It had damage to the window when I picked it up, but it wasn’t reported in the app. It was also a little dirty upon pickup. The car is fuel-efficient, and overall it was a good experience, but I had some difficulty communicating with the host through the app.
