Car wasn’t there at our check in time, but they got it to us eventually after back and forth.

Rough start in the first two hours. Car was not very clean on the inside. Floor mats were very dirty and grimy but vehicle had extra mats in the trunk that we placed over the dirty ones. Some grease stains on door panels and seats. Thankfully we had some wipes on hand. Key fob had dead battery and had trouble starting the car the first few times. Even got locked out at one point for a little while. We eventually bought a replacement battery and had no further issues.
