Originally booked a black hrv that did not start on pickup. This caused a very awkward situation where my wife and infant, and some guy named Akash were standing in a hotel parking lot after 1:00am for half an hour waiting for resolution. Ended up getting the keys to this car and they fixed the booking the next day
If you're not prepared with contingencies for exigent circumstances like this, you should probably change the way you do business. Especially for people with late flights, where you have their flight information? The least you could do when you get a booking is check to see that the car will start on pickup? This shows lazy service honestly. Or at least a terrible lack of preparation.
