Great arrangements, but not all seats were functional.

Pickup was clunky but everything else was great.

While the vehicle itself was clean and drove great, our experience was spoiled by the host’s poor communication. Right after loading in, the center seat stuck in place and would not fold back up. Reaching out to Zyed for help led to delays and a complete lack of follow-up, making it feel like they were intentionally ignoring a pre-existing problem. As frequent travelers to the Dallas area who prioritize reliable, fully operational cars, we will not be booking with Zyed in the future.
