All I can say is he is a stand up guy and whatever the problem was he jumped straight on it and solved it mid trip nice and clean car very nice and cool very understanding person I appreciate the rental and will re t again .

While the overall interior and exterior of the car were fine, the car needs maintenance. The brakes and tires are in rough shape, and there's no way to connect a phone for directions which is a bit challenging in a new city.
The pick up and host were great, just wish I was better prepared for the vehicle's condition.

Just keep in mind that since it's an older car there are no phone charging ports.
