We had an issue completely on our end and that caused a mishap, but the Cheers co-hosts were prompt for responding the whole time to help us fix it... until we finally arrived to the car. Waited 30+ minutes to get our code for the lockbox, even after having messaged them and saw they read it.
Car was clean and new and suitable for our trip. Would use again.

To clarify, your trip began at 11:00 PM, and our co-host manually sent the lockbox code and vehicle location around 10:38pm.
