Car was great; no issues with it. Pickup and drop-off instructions were easy to understand as DFW airport has a dedicated Turo parking lot! Make sure you have ample time to get back to your terminals as it takes time to drop off and get to the terminal. Communication with the team was quick. Very glad I rented the car from this team.

The car was just what we needed. The only reason for the 4 star is because the car was not clean when we picked it up. This was addressed with the host and we were offered a different car but chose to keep the one we rented. This did not ruin our trip or cause problems.

Car was great, however from the time we picked it up…it add multiple service lights on such as the brakes and esc. As mentioned otherwise, car was great, clean and nice. However getting to return the car was not great, we kept trying to go to the address given and it was not taking us to the right spot, so we had to drive around multiple times trying to find the lot.

I had mapped out how to get to the Turo lot. Those were the initial instructions. The car ended up not being in that lot and I was sent new instructions for the peer to peer lot. It required me to take an uber since I had already taken a different shuttle to the original lot. Outside of this issue my experience was great.
