Things went very well car was clean. The owner was nice and very responsive. I appreciated the professionalism and service.

Our host Syed was extremely helpful and very communicative. We had a rather large group and our pick up and drop off were at different airports and he was extremely accommodating and helping us navigate our trip! Pick up and drop off were extremely smooth and we will definitely be renting from him again! The car was extremely clean and great on gas! The navigation system hooked up to Google maps and CarPlay from our phone making navigation so easy, wonderful trip and an extremely exceptional host!

I Had A Great Experience Renting With Syed, I Experienced An Issue But He Resolved It. The Vehicle Was Clean

The worst experience. They were late bringing the car and my kids and I had to wait in 100 degree weather. The tvs on the seat backs don’t work so they are just a tease to kids. Headphones were broken, there were no drop off instructions provided and the reservation wasn’t registered on the turo lot so I couldn’t get in. No lock box provided so I had to leave the car in a random location and walk. Poor communication and lack of help. Just told me to “contact turo”

Sorry for your bad experience, as this was the 1st booking on this car, because of recent changes from DFW airport authorities and Turo the reservation was not popping up in their database, we had no control over the situation. The car was on time but with the same reservation issue, we were unable to bring the car inside the Turo lot. We have already escalated the issue with Turo and have taken care of the reservation database issue, so going forward they assured us it will be no issues.
