Car was beautiful and as described. It had not been cleaned from the previous renter but the car was already pretty clean so it wasn’t a big deal. The host was responsive and professional and the pick up and return process was easy. Would rent from them again.

Happy the car matched expectations and pickup and return were easy! Sorry it wasn’t fully cleaned before arrival, even though it was still in good shape. We’ll make sure the turnaround and cleaning are handled properly so the next guest gets a fully prepared car.
During check in key was not available where it was indicated to be. Had to get in touch with support and stand in this intense heat.

Sorry the key wasn’t available where expected at check-in, especially with the wait happening in the heat. We’re tightening key placement and pickup coordination so guests can access the vehicle quickly and avoid unnecessary delays at the start of their trip.
