I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was disappointing from start to finish. The vehicle was delivered in a condition that made it appear it hadn’t been washed in quite some time. It was covered in bugs and dirt, and the windshield washer reservoir was completely empty. I ended up spending $35 on a car wash and another $6 on washer fluid just to make the vehicle presentable and safe to drive.
Communication was equally frustrating. The host’s responses were delayed and often vague. On more than one occasion, I was told someone would call me back to answer my questions, but that never happened.
Considering this company has hosted over 15,000 trips in the past year, I expected a much higher level of professionalism and preparation. Unfortunately, this experience fell well short of those expectations.
I would not rent from this host again.
