The lot is so far away from the airport firstly and it takes so much time to pick up the car and return the car.
Secondly, they had the wrong tag on the car when I arrived to pick it up and I could not locate the correct car and I was in the lot for almost 30 minutes trying to ID the car and someone came along and told me that they had switched the plates. They also cleaned the car when they found me.
Upon return to a lot, I could not get the car back in the lot with the gate and the TURO helpline said they didn’t recognize the reservation and I sat in that line for over 20 minutes trying to get back in a lot. I love TURO. I typically never have any issues and I am a fan however, this experience was not great. I will likely not use TURO again out of DFW.
