Awesome to hear you loved the car! Happy it was in great condition and ready to enjoy from the start.
Absolutely phenomenal car! It was beyond immaculate, and everything you would expect when renting a BMW. Would absolutely rent this vehicle and from this host again!

Awesome to hear the BMW hit the mark! A spotless car and a great drive make all the difference. We’ll keep it looking sharp and ready to enjoy for every rental.
This was the best car I’ve ever rented. Super clean, excellent handling. Didn’t want to have to return it!

That’s an amazing compliment! So happy the cleanliness and handling made this your best rental experience yet. Thanks for taking such great care of the car!
Car was very nice. Pickup at overflow was a bit clunky, but part my fault for last minute reservation.
Patrick •
Glad you enjoyed the vehicle! We appreciate your patience with the overflow pickup, especially with the last-minute reservation. We’ll keep working to make access and pickup guidance as smooth and straightforward as possible.
There was a mixup on the car pickup location. It took me about 30 minutes to find the car.
