Picking up the car was very easy. The host had good communication.
Thank you for your feedback, Tracy. I’m glad pickup was easy and communication went well. The tires and tire pressure were checked before the trip and were in good condition. Since the pressure issue came up near the end of the trip and was not a rapid leak, it may have been caused by something encountered on the road during the rental. I always take tire concerns seriously and would have been happy to assist right away if needed.

Pick up was easy and so much more convenient than rental companies. Host was quick to respond to questions.

Host is great and responsive! The car randomly stopped running twice in the middle of the road which was pretty scary. We had to completely park the car and restart it to get it to go all while in the middle of traffic. I would be terrified if it happened on the freeway. 😳
