First time I’ve had a disappointing rental here on Turo. When I go on long roadtrips, I prefer to rent a tesla. Finding the car took 15 minutes due to construction and there is literally 0 cell reception in the area. When I picked up the car and was driving home, I realized the right side turn signal was hyper flashing and the high-beam was non-existent. I let them know the issues and to Ahmeds credit, he was very apologetic and offered a refund but seeing that the trip would be greatly affected, I took the car anyway. Everything else was fine, but he did speed limit the car to 85 MPH which was the first time any renter has done that to me🤷♂️ Ahmed was responsive the whole trip and made everything really easy, otherwise. This was my personal experience, tho

Thank you for your feedback. I respect honest reviews, but they should be accurate and fair. The pickup/dropoff location was used for 17 previous trips with no complaints. The front-end damage claim is incorrect; there was no damage. When you provided information about the car,I thanked you, offered a refund and a discount on your next rental. You chose to keep the car. You also exceeded the mileage limit and left it running with a dog inside. I kept this private.65 MPH is normal in CA. Mine 85!

Had an amazing experience renting Ahmed’s Tesla Model Y on Turo! The car was super clean, smooth to drive, and in excellent condition. Ahmed was incredibly responsive, helpful, and accommodating throughout the entire process. Communication was quick and easy from start to finish, which made everything stress-free. You can tell he genuinely cares about providing a great experience. I would absolutely rent from him again and highly recommend both Ahmed and his Tesla to anyone looking for a reliable and fun ride!
