We rented a Tesla with Full Self Driving
When we picked it up it was 60 miles away.
We picked up at 8:30pm and left.
On the way home we tried the FSD
Couldn't get it to engage and called and texted the host to see if she could tell us if we were missing something.
Quynh was unavailable. She got back to us a little after midnight. Suggested that we could take it to Tesla.
She offered a Model 3 instead but that didn't meet our needs. So we needed to return the car.
She apologized and said she understood and we could return the car. So we had to pick up a different car.
Quynh was accommodating enough but we had problems with Turo coordinating the change in vehicles.

This Tesla I rented was not up to code. Both back rear tires were worn down to the wires. Do you know how unsafe that is when you have two newborns and two other kids under 6 in the car. One tire went flat due to a screw but I couldn’t patch it cuz the tire was patched before rented it and still wasn’t fixed. So they wouldn’t patch it due to how worn down the tire was. So I had to pay 400 for that tire. Than they said the other was worn down and unsafe to travel on. Mind you I drove 7 hours on it already with it in that horrible condition. That made me miss my rehearsal for a wedding. So I still had to go and pay 554.75$ for the other tire and sensor. Wasted more of my trip that I paid a lot of money for. Very unhappy with this rental. They still haven’t paid me for any of it and I have messages saying they will reimburse me. They won’t answer my texts or anything. Never rent from them

Great car I went to Six Flags Mozzy Mountain and had a blast. The car performed well I’m very satisfied with booking this vehicle will consider booking again. Thank you.

Had a rough start. Landed and didn’t get info from host where car was. Called, texted and reached out to Turo. Waited for 40 min and without any communication ended up getting an uber. Goat finally reached out when we arrived at hotel. There were very apologetic and said they would pay for another uber for us to be taken to car. They paid for both Ubers. Once we finally had the car all was good. This seemed like a one off situation and they did everything to make it right. Very frustrating in the moment but got worked out.
