Car key stopped working during trip and host was not helpful and Turo was terrible and barely any help. I ended up, stuck an hour and a half away from home trying to figure out how to get back on my own.

Hi Tarek, thanks for your business. The car got tow back to me the next day and the key was somehow fully functional and the tow driver was even opening the car door without me after the car arrived. Not sure what happened during that two day but the key was totally working after I got it back.
Even so, I feel really bad about what you have experienced and message you that you can request a refund for your trip through Turo. This is not something I can initiate from my side. Thanks!
