To start with the positives, the exterior of the car was very clean, and the interior appeared mostly well-kept at first glance. However, I ran into some significant issues that made the experience disappointing.
While the cabin was generally tidy, there was pet hair throughout the vehicle, especially in the trunk. I actually had to use a vacuum and a lint roller myself to try and clear it out before we could leave. The biggest issue, however, was a heavy, persistent odor inside the car. The smell was so strong that it actually transferred to all of our clothing and was very unpleasant for my two young children throughout the trip.
I was expecting an explanation as to what caused this; perhaps a specific wax or cleaning agent used on the seats but I haven't received any clarification. The photos I took of the trunk during check-in (which were uploaded at check-out) clearly show the pet hair and the condition I’m describing.
I would not recommend this specific vehicle.
