Second hard time with Turo it’s very hard on families had to wait almost an hour for a shuttle that apparently had two drivers not do their stop. Kid was screaming out of control as I found out I didn’t get back to Turo fast enough for a car seat and couldn’t text on plane. I think Turo is very hard on families. Car rental services have better shuttles and can have stocked car seats. Host did his best and car was great. Car was clean. Just need more support than one person can give when have a big family with shuttles and seats etc. I would pay the extra for extra help with a car service company. Also had a cracked windshield on another Turo with insurance and still made me pay for it. Would use another company from now on for family trips

I think this review was meant for the Turo app, not us! 😂 I’m just the host, not the airport shuttle driver! We delivered the car from over an hour away and asked about the child seat size 7 hours before the trip, but only got a reply 30 minutes before it started. We still did our best to help. Unfortunately, airport shuttles are outside our control. We’re glad you enjoyed our clean car! We always do our best, but we can’t control everything! 😅
