Pick-up was smooth, communication was good, and the clean car met our needs. A bit of stickiness in the center console was easy to clean up, but the dog fur in the trunk transferred to clothes. I would've preferred the dog fur to be cleaned up completely since we have allergies but it was somewhat avoidable with careful usage of the trunk.

The hosts were great and very responsive whenever needed. The car had a couple of issues, but they handled them promptly and resolved everything quickly.
