everything was easy and amazing. car was great on gas, i would rent again!

The pick up location was at the airport and the host was very communicative and on time! No issues and very pleased with this part of the rental. The car itself would get a rating of 7/10. Cosmetically, it shows its wear and tear for the age of the car. The interior has cosmetic wear as well and has a slight odor, not a bad odor but some air fresheners would help a lot. Also, the plastic inside of the trunk lid was loose and the back passenger side door packing came off when we opened the door the first day (I was able to put that back on). Last thing on the interior was that the back windows did not work. The car took us to all of our locations but while on the freeway, the car would shake when you would get up to 65-70 miles per hour.

The car was as expected. Great communication with the driver. I’m a little sensitive to smell and it smelled like someone had smoked in the car a long time ago, but other than that the car drove great!
