I had a great overall experience with this vehicle. The car was very clean inside and out when I picked it up, and you can tell it’s well maintained mechanically. It drives extremely smooth, handles well on the road, and felt very reliable throughout my trip. The pickup and drop-off process was also very easy and convenient.
I do want to mention there were quite a few scratches and cosmetic wear on the exterior of the vehicle. It didn’t affect the performance at all, but it’s something renters should be aware of ahead of time.
Jose was an excellent host. He responded very quickly to messages, was helpful, professional, and made the whole rental process stress-free. I really appreciated the communication and customer service.
Aside from the cosmetic scratches, this is an amazing car and I would definitely rent from Jose again. Highly recommend.
