Car was in good condition and clean.
I scheduled pick up at the airport for 30 minutes after our arrival- the host waited until an hour before our reservation start time to ask if I wanted to pick up at his office to “save money” on parking (which was $4). While I can appreciate trying to save guests money (if local), the request coming last minute came off more annoying than anything. We were outside waiting for the car by the time he dropped off the vehicle at our scheduled pick up time.
Additionally someone in my party left their headphones in the vehicle when returning- I immediately reached out to the host inquiring about mailing them back to us and it has taken days for him to read/respond to my request.
