Everything was good except the air conditioner Didn't work that well with the heat

The A/C is freezing cold but you didn’t have the air conditioning button on , you had it as a fan

The car had 2 major issues. The car AC was not working most of the time.
Additionally, the car was shaking on the highway speed. There was no response from the host.
Contacted the turu support. The support was terrible. Different agents told me Different stories. After 2 hours of calling the support and waiting,host reached out to me and took the car back. I was charged unfairly for a car that was not road worthy.
